Raíces is offered through La Semilla’s Community Education program. Raices activities and workshops are based on traditional foodways and the connections among sustainable farming practices, cultural wisdom, ancestral and desert foods, and culinary techniques. Through the program we are uplifting the next generation of food system advocates in farming, culinary arts, social entrepreneurship, and STEAM career pathways.
